Just curious... this board seems to reflect a wide spectrum of thought and so I thought it would be interesting to see how people feel about their own conditions and fate 10-15 years from now.
So, taking into account the myriad geo-political issues at hand today and to be encountered in the years ahead, the economy at home and abroad, and your own personal state of mind... what say you?

I am certain I will be better financially. Emotionally, who knows. About that time, is when I can reasonably expect some of my relatives to pass away.
Me too... I guess you can slice the term "emotionally" a number of different ways. In my mind, I was mostly thinking about how you would feel about your position in life... what you might or might not have accomplished (personally or professioally), how you are positioned with regard to where you had hoped to be, and how you feel about what lies ahead for you and your family...
Of course, this is pure speculation... But it does touch on a persons' sense of hope and optimism, or dispair and pessimism... We'll see if noted cynics and pessimists who frequent this board feel inclined to respond to this sort of poll...
