Well, it'll be interesting to see if terrorism picks up in the Philipines again. This was a gamble for that government. They had gotten a handle on the terror groups there (with our help). We'll see if it pacifies them or encourages them.

I think the philippines decided to withdraw because they have so many citizens working in different countries that they didn't want a trend to put them in jeoperdy. kinda weak I know.
