I Need A Book On Politics/Political Opinion

I need to read a political opinion book, or something of the sort for a book report for government class.

I have no clue what book to pick.

I was hoping you guys had some suggestions!

Thanks.

Pick an Al Franken book. At least it will be funny.

Look for an Edward Abbey or Hunter S. Thompson book.

Try "Unfit for Command" by John O'Neill.

Seriously, I'm not sure whether Tim Russert of MSNBC has ever written a book, but if you want a completely non-biased opinion, he's your man.

A good book (by a Democrat) is Joe Lieberman's "In Praise of Public Life".

The Book on Bush: How George W. (Mis)leads America

Or you can borrow my copy if you want. It's very thorough and very well-written.

Arthur: There is a wonderful monthly environmental newspaper focusing on the west called....I can't think of it right now. I'll post it later and you can get it at the library or read back issues on line.

And an organization called Republicans for Enironmental Protection has a great web site and will gladly send you all kinds of free material.

Is this for a school project? A report on My Pet Goat would be so funny...I'd give you an A.
