I have a new question.

Should America be governed by Christian Morality?

I wouldn't do a poll because it doesn't give everyone the chance to express their opinions:

That is truly an interesting topic. First and foremost the forefathers gave us as citizens our freedom to practice whatever religion we choose.

So to force our laws and governing ideals on people based on christianity would be wrong IMO. What does that tell all of the american Hindus,Muslims, atheists,Scientologists etc........

Should they be required to abide by laws that were set down as a result of the christian faith? It hardly seems fair! If they dont believe in christaianity then why should they believe that the governing laws they are required to follow were meant for there best interest in mind?

No. Christianity is wrong, it worships a false God.

The only true God is Allah.

How did you know my name was Richard?

I prefer to be called Dick, though.

United States of America should be governed by traditional values.

As I said, I am for limited government, personal freedom, and traditional values. Most of republicans would agree with that. Oh, and the last time I checked they controlled the White House, the Senate and the House of Representatives.

Limited government, that is until it comes time to legislate morality.

Very true.

My ideas of morality are completely different than Stefan's views. I believe in freedom, unless you are infringing on my freedom.

Exactly, which would mean that he is not for limited government...

Not true, not everybody's idea of morality and traditional values are different. Forexample- my idea of morality, and that of Antonin Scalia, Rush Limbaugh, Clarence Thomas, James Dobson, George Bush, William Rahnquist, etc are exactly the same.

I can't believe that you threw in Limbaugh....he is scum. A liar, a racist, a bigot, and many more very negative things.
