I was just fooling around looking for ideas on a newer form of governance and came across this.

IMO it might be the best idea I've ever heard of because it deals with some fundamental weaknesses of our democratic form of government while preserving some of the better parts of it.

I have to say while this might be the roughest of rough ideas the general theme of it to me is brilliant.

It leverages the intelligence of crowds at the same time it preserves your ability to have a voice in your representation while distilling down power into the hands of more proven competence.
