Fellow Democrats
Hey guys, I am just wondering who, of the Democratic Presidental candidates, would you like to see run for president, and why?

I am still trying to decide that. Looking at Dean, Kerry, & Edwards seriously.
Don't like Sharpton, Mosely, Kucinich or Gephardt.
Not sure about Graham.

I thinking Edwards....not to sound totally ignorant, but he is the one from NC? Or is that Kerry?

Ah, so you are a Democrat? I was wondering what your affliation was. But I bet that you are more of a moderate (a reasonable person)...

Yes, I believe that moderate is apropos.
I am actually a registered Republican, but I think I would fit more in the Libertarian mold; fiscally conservative, socially liberal.
My problem with the Republican party is that when they a canditate is a "unifying moderate" they are only refering to the fact that he/she can bring together the far right and moderate right.

...And the far right has beliefs that are very dangerous to our civil liberties, since it is basically comprised of fundamentalist Christians.

you sound like you would like Howard Dean. Dean is more of a Rockefeller Republican than a liberal - very fiscally conservative, socially, very liberal.

Indeed!
I believe in all of our Liberties! Civil and Violent!
Seriously though, I have always supported the Consititution. Even if it means having to listen to and accept ideas that I don't agree with.

There are better chances of Saddam Husein becoming the president of the U.S. than me becoming a Democrat.
I was just being polite, saying fellow democrats insted of just "Democrats." That's all.
