Feds 'Shift Policy' On Gas Exploration In MT

The U.S. government will announce on Tuesday that it is suspending indefinitely a key environmental review on drilling for natural gas in a scenic area in Montana, which will halt drilling at least temporarily, the Bureau of Land Management said on Monday.

The move comes after environmental groups fought against allowing drilling in the wildlife area in northwest Montana.
