FDA to ban gay sperm donors

Quote:
NEW YORK - To the dismay of gay-rights activists, the Food and Drug Administration is about to implement new rules recommending that any man who has engaged in homosexual sex in the previous five years be barred from serving as an anonymous sperm donor.

While some may consider this a joking matter, others consider this another step towards an American Auschwitz.

I have a question, before I comment. Are men who are blind or deaf or something allowed to donate sperm?

They won't let you give blood if you've had homosexual relations in the past 5 years. Also if you have visted certain countries it's the same story.

I think it is more because of heath reasons rather than anti-gay

I think it is more because of heath reasons rather than anti-gay
but they are painting all gays with a broad brush, and ignoring the bigger issue, which is risky behavior, which is the factor, not gay sex in and of itself.

I'm not suggesting this ruling is right, but isn't there a similar policy for blood donations?

Yup, first no marriage, then no sperm donation, next stop its Zyklon-B.

If homosexuality is indeed a genetic defect then it should be either removed or at the very least segregated from regular samples.

Cardinal Mike!!

Note to the mods: Could you please ensure things are kept on topic? As entertaining as the Ryan and Assface show is I'd prefer to read it in the Everything Else forum and not in this one.

Check your history - the Nazi's started with the gays - one restriction at a time.

Who says it is a DEFECT?

well - it doesn't really fit in with evolution.
