Crime does pay. Last I heard they thought he had close to 60 million stashed away. Id do 5 years for 60 million standing on my head.

He should get alot more than 5 years and all of his assests should be siezed by the Govt!!

There are people who have gotten longer stints for stealin color TV's and actually get put in real prison.

They should send this guy to Rykers!

Wally, wasn't this the guy who was building that enormous house in Florida because the laws there would protect it from being taken?

Or was that one of these other scumballs? I can't keep them straight.

Not certain, but I believe that you are refering to one of the other scumballs - the Tyco exec.

Tyco kingpin is Dennis Kozlowski.

Florida is a "Homestead" state. Your "home" is exempt from any seizure activity. As long as an individual registers his/her residence as their " homestead " that property is unattachable and protected. Protects little guys also.

Why else would anyone live in this detestable swamp
