Clooney & Soderbergh Producing 10 Commandments

FX is teaming with Section Eight principals George Clooney and Steven Soderbergh on a 10 Commandments-themed event miniseries, reports Variety. The 10-hour project explores the spiritual and moral issues faced by modern America as interpreted by 10 different directors.

Each episode will center on one of the biblical laws put to the test in today's climate. Since each hour will be written and conceived by separate helmers and writers, it is not likely that any of the stories or characters will cross over into other episodes.

Clooney and Soderbergh are set to executive produce The Ten Commandments and will each helm an installment.

We need a 10 commandments reality show where viewers vote each week to remove 1 commandment until we get a winner. The Last commandment

I wonder if they start out the series with "15 Commandments" but because Moses drops one of the tablets they change the remaining shows "10 Commandments".

That is the way it happened.... believe me! I saw it in a documentary....

I would like to see a version where Roy Moore becomes CJ of the USSC, and makes the 10 Commandments the official law of the land.

The first episode would deal with the burning/confiscation of mosques/synagogues/churches that don't meet the official doctrine of the state, and with the forced attendance at the approved churches.
