Question...
Is this forum serving any real use?
I never visit it....and am just wondering.
I see a few threads, and some Pay Phones for sale...but other than that, is it just a waste of space?

I think that the few true "For Sale" posts that are posted in here can easily be posted elsewhere. Perhaps combine this with the Tech forum. "Tech help & Buy/Sell/Trade"
If we get rid of any place for people to Buy/Sell/Trade stuff, then a) those type of posts will be scattered all over the site, and b) the spammers won't know where to post their junk.

I think it will become more useful in the fall when NFL season starts up, especially now that the Cards are a hot ticket.

I am HOF material... what can I say?
But I'd leave the forum layout as is.
Maybe if you really wanted though you can make it so this is a sub-forum of the off-topic forum. The link to this forum could then be put under Off-Topic by doing this in the admincp:
-Go to vB Options-> Forum Layouts -> Depth (Change from 0 to 1)
Just a suggestion

I am not sure that this forum is all that needed. I think that individual sales could just go to the EE forum. I mean, someone is selling their Cards tix, and they placed it in the main AZ cards forum. Yes, I know that it is a big ticket item, but I dont see why this is a huge necessity.

Just a suggestion |
I would say that you would be a better fit in a Hall of Shame than in a Hall of Fame.
Maybe Site Suggestions / Site Updates forum could be changed to something more general (like Site Information) and we could have a HOF subforum there. Either that or in EE would be a good idea. |
