Phil, on your MP3 auction.. that is LAMe that you said "if i dont get a good enough price, i will not sell it to the highest bidder."

if you are afraid of not getting enough money then put a reserve on it. Dont just let it be a free for all auction and then be like "oops, sorry!"

thats lame!

I can't let it go for under a dollar! I'll be fair. I mean if someone gives me something fair ($20+ most likely. I just wanna get rid of the thing. I'll sell it.)

Reserves usually turn people off a lot. Especially in $0.01 auctions.

Besides the fact that yes, Kate is right, that's LAME and will turn potential bidders away, I *think* that it is actually against ebay's policy. If you list something and you refuse to sell it to the highest bidder, no matter how low their highest bid was, you are breaking the legal contract you entered into when you listed that item. If I were you Phill, I'd remove that wording on your auction and just make your starting bid the least amount you are willing to accept. I've seen MANY auctions shut down on ebay for such things. All it takes is one person to report it...

eBay just removed that auction. So I'll have to reword them somehow and get rid of that it looks like.

I'll give you 30 for it right now, if you want it sold.
