Ryan,
where did you end up buying?
We just bought a home just north of Gilbert High last month.
Moving sucks.

We looked for months but fell in love with a home out on Ellsworth and Guadalupe...way the heck out there. Its still in Mesa, but right on the boarder. Moving REALLY sucks....I am trying to bribe friends and relatives to help me move my piano. Its one year old, brand new carpet, 4 bedroom 2.5 baths 2100 sq feet and we got a smoking deal.. I couldn't pull my check book out fast enough |

We moved a piano too - we hired movers to move the big pieces - entertainment center, TV, kingsize bed, armoirs, dressers & piano. It was really a good thing. I recommend paying by the piece vs by the hour though.
