Apt lease (Avondale) $900/month for 2bdrm 2 btrm

Need someone to take over our lease at our apt. The apartment is Crystal Springs on 115th Ave and Mcdowell in Avondale. Very large and spacious 2 bdrm 2 btrm. The master bedroom has a walkin closet as well as it's own bathroom. It has a patio, fireplace, dishwasher, microwave, and washer and dryer. Moving out late October and need someone to move in November.
