Posting photos?

I'v been trying to figure out how to put a picture in a post, HELP!

I had no problem with this prior to the upgrade but now I can't get it to work.

What am I doing wrong? How do I post a picture?

You have to click the manage attachments button on the screen that you are replying to a thread. A pop-up box will appear and then you browse for the file on your computer and then upload it. All is left is to submit it to oblivion......
