How do you post a news link with a title instead of the actual link?

For instance if I were to post this link:

http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slu...v=ap&type=lgns

I would want it to read "Johnson Update After Drinking Binge"

and that would be the link you would see instead of the http link.

Any one know how to substitute your own title for a link?

click ok

Type in the link.

click ok
