No technical thoughts; but I think it's neato. What is it (other than the letter "N" with a spinning disk background).
You could change your sig to read "This post has been brought to you by the letter 'N' and the number '11'"

download a gif animator, there's usually a ton of free ones all over the 'net. drop the quality of each picture in the gif and re-save. Keep trying until you're under the file limit, and hopefully the pic still looks ok. |
