Massive amount of SPAM

Any administrators out there getting massive amount of spam from multiple users with the Subject line including- "Thank you!" or "Details"?

There is a removal tool on Symantec's web site. Just incase someone double clicked on the .pif

It is pretty nasty.

From what I read it creates its own SMTP engine to launch its emails. How F'n ingenious..

Keeps me busy today
