we live in gilbert and had the same probl;ems

they sent a techie out & fixed the connection. there was some problem with a filter or something.

if you get a new modem - ask them the return policy just in case it is not the modem

I have this problem from time to time. Are you running the modem straight in, or do you have a router?

Sometimes the modem stalls, and if you unplug it for 15 secs and reboot your computer, then re-plug in your modem, that seems to work when I run into this.

Actually I had that problem.. my modem was about 1 year old, and it went exactly like you said yours is doing... I replaced it and it has worked like a charm ever since...
