Auto Run Doesn't work
My kids play some Fisher Price games on the computer.
we put the disk in one of the drives and click on "Play" but we get the following Error message below. This happens with every game tht we try to play. It reads the disc because we can choose "Play" from the disk option.
We have a new computer - 1.5 months old, run Windows XP.
Anyone have any ideas?

You are getting this error when you first pop the CD in? Can you open your CD-Rom drive from "My Computer"? If so, does this file exist?

No - we get to the screen below when we open it with My Computer, but when we hit play, we get the error message.

You can use a non abrasive soap to clean it if its dirty and slowly dry it by rubbing a cloth in a straight vector from the inside out

Looks like your CD has been assigned Drive K:
The program is installed to run from Drive F:
Right Click "My Computer" and choose manage.
Select Disk Management in the left pane. Right Click the CD drive (K: ) in the right pane and select "change drive letter". Change the drive letter to F:
