Man, I wish! I was at the Danny White returns game earlier this year. I just hope the outcome is the same this time.

I think I heard this game is going to be on OLN, and I won't be able to see it! DAMN! How can they not televise, on a good channell, a playoff game like this one?

What service provider do you have? Directv and Cox have OLN. On Cox you just need the sports pack which i believe is 5 bucks. Thats less than a garbage meal at McDonalds. I'm pretty pumped. Just picked up a Bonner jersey for $29 at Champs. Gonna make some noise for these guys.

My dad's not going to add channels for a playoff game. It's so stupid that they won't televise it on FSNA or NBC. If they pass the first round do you expect the next round to be on those channels?

just scrape together some spare change, call cox, add the channel, watch some hockey while you are at it, then cancel it. Its a lot better than missing it don't you think? they would probably pro rate the fee so it would cost about 75 cents. The sports tier of Cox is actually better than a lot of the other tiers. Better idea, cancel Cox and get Directv. I'm not really sure but I bet OLN will televise up to the title game. OLN is here to stay. They are changing their name to the .VS (Versus) channel and there is going to be a heavy dose of sports that you would actually want to watch.

Damn, that sucks. I heard OLN was horrible from hockey fans too. I don't like hockey so I wouldn't be getting it anyway. OLN should just go away. -_-

I love hockey, and I can say that since the beginning of the season, they have improved 1000%. Don't blame OLN because Cox Cable sucks. It's an easy fix.

Why does OLN have anything to do with Cox? We'll be keeping Cox anyway, haven't had problems with it, but if they start putting more good sports on OLN I might have to get it. AFL deserves some more national TV coverage though.

Cox is the service that grouped it in a tier while every other service offers it as a basic subscription channel. The tier is good though. You get NFL Network with that tier which is a must if you like the NFL. For a sports fan it is much better than the others. Here is the breakdown if you are getting digital cable. You are recieving at least one, but you can add as many as you like or swap them for the day or for awhile which wouldn't cost you a thing. Just trying to suggest a way for you to see the game or some ammo convince pops to add or swap some channels
Movie Tier: Encore Westerns, Encore Mystery, Encore Drama, Encore Love , Encore Action, Encore, Sundance, FLIX, and Independent Film Channel.
Variety Tier: Hallmark, Lifetime Movie Network, National Geographic, DIY, Fine Living, Nicktoons TV, Nickelodeon Gas, MTV Hits, VH1 Classics, VH1 Mega Hits, VH1 Country, Great American Country, Fuse, BET Jazz, Game Show Network, Encore WAM!, BBC America, Toon Disney, Soap Net, Oxygen, Biography, History International
Sports & Info Tier: ESPNews, ESPN Classic, Fox Soccer Channel, NBA TV, OLN, Fox College Sports Atlantic, Fox College Sports Central, Fox College Sports Pacific, Fuel, Weatherscan Local, Bloomberg, G4-Video Game Television
Paquete Latino: Galavision, KPDF-Azteca, KDRX-Telemundo, TV Chile, De Pelicula, De Pelicula Clasico, CineLatino, History en Espanol, Discovery en Espanol, Toon Disney en Espanol, Boomerang en Espanol, Sorpresa, MTV Espanol, VH-Uno, Bandamax, VideoRolo, mun2, ¡Mas! Notas, ESPN Deportes, Fox Sports en Espanol, CNN en Espanol, Canal Sur, EWTN Espanol

Well, I said I'm not getting it this year, only if they start putting on a lot of sports next year i'll ask if we can add that. There are some nice channels in there but my dad can be an idiot when it comes to TV, computer, video games... I'm lucky I'm allowed on the computer on weekdays with the way he is.

OLN is owned by Comcast who have been trying to get a full national sports network running for years in order to compete with ESPN. Comcast is turning OLN into "Versus" next year and will continue to add more mainstream sports programming rather than being the outdoor network like it is now.
