Rattlers Destroy Division Rival Gladiators

This was a big win for the Rattlers. They just dominated winning 75-28 to clinch a playoff birth. Judging by the stats the defense played well and Bonner was as good as he always is (Bonner finished 11 of 13 for 187 yards, 7 TDS and no interceptions.) The last game of the season is next week against the defending champions, the Colorado Crush. Hopefully the Rattlers can win and the Sabercats lose so the Rattlers win the division. They are now 8-7 and I think they could really do good in the playoffs this year. After their 0-3 start this season they are 8-4 and I think 2 of those losses can partially be blamed on all the traveling they had to do. Well anyways, next weeks game should be a good one on NBC and I am really excited for the playoffs!

I recently moved, so the only way I'll see the Rattlers is if they make the Arena Bowl! I just want them to run out the string in the playoffs now that we are officially in! I really didn't think they'd make it this year the way they started, with Danny White leaving, and with the talent we lost. This is huge!

Wow, not many Rattlers fans here then? I thought it was pretty popular here in AZ. I personally love it and wrote a little bit on the AFL on my foxsports blog.

Feel free to mention ASFN to Rattler fans and have them make the switch to ASFN. We would love to see more traffic in this forum.

It seems Cardinals fans and Rattler fans are mutually exclusive. We have tons of Card fans here and I hardly see any post unless it's to belittle the Rattlers. I know about 50 Rattler fans in Yuma, but most of those follow sports from other states so they visit different web sites. What's funny, is a lot of them talked smack about Arena football, until they attended a game, then they were hooked!

I know, it's such a great game. Going there is fun. I suggest all of you that haven't yet to go to a Rattlers game. It's really cool. I'm just surprised to see the lack of fans here because it seemed like we had some of the best fans in the whole league. I expected an Arizona sports site to have a bunch of them. That's part of the reason I joined.

I've only been to one Rattlers game in my life, but now that I'm moving back to PHX, I will have more of an opportunity to do so.

I love arena football and I miss being able to watch it.
