"Views"

I noticed that the "Vies" statistic doesn't always work. For instance before I look a t a thread, it will say x number of views. When I comeout of it, it should say x+1, but still only says x, even if I refresh.

I don't know how often this happens, but is most prominent on newer threads.

You're right. I tried to view this thread 4 times and can't get the counter up.

Dunno? Time for some research I guess.

Edit - update. Apparantly, there is a server delay in updating view statistics to update about every hour instead of real-time. Was done to reduce server load by the software.

Yeah, it updates hourly to take load off the server...
