OK, first, I agree with you that this is annoying to not be there, and it really should.

Second, this is not a configurable option with the standard software. It would have to be a software plugin.

Third, I did research this, and I gave C-Mike the pros and cons of applying a plugin and gave a recommendation. C-Mike has the info, so it is up to him at this point.

FWIW, I gave a "no" recommendation. I know that isn't popular, but I believe in keeping vendor software as vanilla as possible in order to reduce the risk of bugs, problems with future upgrades, and the hassle of re-applying fixes.

Mike might disagree with my recommendation, which is fine, it is up to him, but just wanted to let you know that we are looking into this.

You can copy and paste multiple names. When you do this you just need to change the commas to semi-colons and you're good to go. Or use the autofill that guesses the names as you type them. Since you can only pm/respond to 5 people it shouldn't be that much of a hassle.

I think I agree that you don't want to use a plug-in. I'm really surprised it's not an option with the standard software.

Same here. I made a reply on Jelsoft's board asking for this feature to be included in a future release. I was actually surprised at the lack of complaints about this. It should be there.

But in past releases, you could not even see who was copied on PMs. So there has been improvement, vb IMO blows doors off any message software option otherwise, and for the most part has been good. They DO make improvements with each release, just not always the ones you want right away.

We should also keep traveling by train because it works. Having airplanes would be far too convenient.

Ah, yes. This looks familiar. Make it harder for the masses to assemble/communicate with each other.

Great.

Love your avatar abomb.

We travel to North Carolina from Ohio most every year and we do it via the West Virginia turnpike which goes right by Cabin Creek West Virginia, population less than 500, and you can see it from the pike. Someday I'll stop.

I think this is quite possibly the most off-topic post I've ever seen in any thread. And that's saying a LOT.

Not that off topic.

He's at least talking about driving through the legendary Logo's town. Zeke from Cabin Creek, however, did not grow up there. He grew up in Cheylan but they received their mail in Cabin Creek. He also loathed that nickname. He's also a tortured soul. And a bonafide badass.
