No, it is a hard-coded sort order. There have just been a lot of changes over the last week or so.

CQ just went thru the whole list and sorted them by popularity, put the sign smilies and other related smilies together, etc. Should be easier to find the smilie you want now.

You know what else is awesome.... ? With the new order I can scroll so many more in the first portion because most of them are the smaller ones... 8 without even scrolling at all... for a while there is was down to like 2...

Again, great job...
