Worst Day Ever

So I didn't get my keys today. The bank hasn't released the funding to the builder. But that's not the worst of it.

I was cleaning behind my 32 inch TV, vacuuming out all the stupid animal fur that has accumulated behind it. Well, the vacuum got caught on something and pulled me forward a bit, which caused my hand to slip off my tv, knocking it to the floor. First the screen bounced off against the corner of the tv stand. I turn the TV back on, and the screen is horribly cracked. I'm very depressed.

that really sucks - the keys will come and the good news is you still have a roof over your head tonight

if it's any consolation we brought our wii over to a friends house and their son went and threw the controler into their 65" flat screen - woops...........

besides, i read somewhere here that there could be a TV exchanging hands - maybe you could ensure that bad things can happen to bad people and reset the karma if you will

If this is your worst day ever, you should be very thankful. Tomorrow I have to take my 16 month old daughter in for a surgical consultation...She needs a heart operation. I'd gladly trade with you.

This is the one thing new home buyers are never told: The only thing slower than the cabinet guy is the processor responsible for funding your loan. Of course, about 70 percent of the processing offense has probably been laid off the past 3 months, so there might be 3 people doing the work 10 people formerly did.

Suck about the TV, but you should be getting some kind of gift card from the builder (fairly standard these days). Maybe there will be one in there for Best Buy.

My thoughts are with you. Stay positive if you can.

That sounds like it should be a scene in a sitcom. Probably on TBS. Very funny.
