Ice-cream truck driver allegedly molests girl

An ice cream truck driver in Mesa was arrested Wednesday after police say he molested a 10-year girl trying to buy gum.

Miguel Angel Sanchez-Coubert, 19, faces two counts of child molestation. The molestation reportedly occurred at about 6 p.m. Monday in the 1600 block of West Alcott Street, police said.

The victim fought and two friends helped her get away. The victim and one of her friends identified Sanchez-Coubert in a photo lineup. Sanchez-Coubert admitted to the incident, police said.

Police think there may be more victims. Anyone with information, contact police at (480) 644-2211.

That was actually me trying to get Ryan to pay for his gum, onlookers just thought he was a 10 year old girl.

Ugh ... This incident happened right down the street from my house (NOT JOKING). My mom was even interviewed and was put on the news.

Yeah, there are somethings you can't joke about....

I was working at the Target on Gilbert/Southern the night Mikkel Biggs was abducted....I remember the helicopter flying around saying her name. That is just scary and unfortunate
