NOT that I'm complaining, but just kinda shocked! I zonked out on the couch for about 45 minutes trying to get rid of a headache, the phone rings and it's MM, calling to yack. While she and I were talking I so rudely interrupt her (sorry sweetie!) and yell, Where the (fill in the blank) did this rain come from?!?!?!" She replies back with, "What rain?" I then tell her how it's POURING rain here in NW Peoria! Very cool! I love desert rain in the Fall!!!!!!

I.D. badges are long overdue. Security in this office park is a joke. Last year, I came to work with my spud gun in a duffel bag. I sat at my desk all day, with a rifle that shoots potatoes at 60 pounds per square inch. Can you imagine if I was deranged? - Dwight K. Schrute
A low pressure system moved in from the east, briefly causing a weather disturbance over the northeastern portions of our state, some of it reached down as far as Phoenix, causing some rain to appear in spotty areas around town.
But that's all we will be getting, as the system moves in an unusual westerly direction and parks itself off the coast of California, bringing us dryer conditions, with a slight increase in temperatures...
