Depends on them. If they do a good job putting your stuff where it belongs, and not hitting the walls or damaging anything else in the house, $5 a head would be fair in my mind unless it's a huge oak entertainment center or something, then $10 a head would be fair.
When I moved, I tipped $20 each guy and bought lunch when they loaded it in Jersey. Then, I tipped $20 each guy and bought breakfast when they unloaded in AZ.
When I got my new bedroom set, I tipped each guy $5.
I never ever tip a furniture delivery guy. The 60-80 you pay to have the damn thing delivered is beyond reduiculous. They have never been at my house more than 10 minutes and I paid as much as 80.00 No frigging way Im tipping on top of that. Who's bright idea was it to start tipping these guys?

Dude, do NOT just tip the head guy. I don't know how movers work, but I cannot tell you how many times that I worked a banquet and the head server got the bonus and kept everything for herself. Some people suck like that.
