We've made two offers on houses and they have both been rejected but it looks like our house is going to sell immediately. We had two people want to come look at the property and the house just got put into MLS last night.

Well, we started out looking for investment properties but with the prices of homes being so low we are now looking for a new place. Also, we have run into some personality clashes with my brother and sister and to be quite honest the monthly costs are quite oppressive. It's a sticky situation, they are both rather upset with me at this time after I told them our intentions. We couldn't kick them out, so we're kicking ourselves out
My wife wants a clean break to put it mildly. |

RULES: Hanging out with a lot of cool guys AT THE BAR during the NBA draft and talking all kinds of sports history.
SUCKS: Having some of those guys, when the talk turned to politics, not knowing that Reagan was shot, because one was 3 years old and the other was 8 months old, lol.
I am the old lady at the bar and, hell, I am cool with that, lol! It's kinda cool to school some guys on sports stuff that happened in the 80s.

Last week, the gas station near me had $3.99 for the super premium gas. It was the first time in years I bought the super premium. After their promotion, it went up to $4.53
