Discovering I still do stuff like that at age 29....sucks.

Having a wife that knows I am not and idiot all the time, just when I turn off the brain juices when I come home from work rules.

My manager is leaving effective two weeks from tomorrow. We've had our ups and downs and I was absolutely when she told me.

I am out of the office tomorrow so she told me early. I cant imagine how the rest of the dept is going to take it and I pity the fool who becomes our new manager.

Her new position will have her working in Tempe, North Carolina and Jamaica.

Gotcha. Yeah, I am in need of new pair of black dress shoes. The Rockports I have now are very worn.

Dont sleep on the Rockports. The lightest dress shoe ever. Donald schooled me to them years ago.

My dad is now officially into email. That rules.

However, he's like that guy who is new to email who keeps forwarding all the things you've read ten years ago. He also forwards things that I know aren't true. And he sends me lots of things that I do not agree with. (We have different political affiliations.) That sucks.

But, I have a lot of friends who have lost their dads over the past three years, so I will happily read his emails, craziness and all.

My dad will email me asking why I didn't respond to an email from the day before.

"Did you get my email from 4/11?"

Funny. I love that guy.

Breaking your finger as soon as you arrive at work....sucks.

Having to work all day anyway....sucks.

Going to the doctor to verify it is in fact broken....sucks.

Having the doctor bore through your fingernail to drain the blood....sucks.

Having to go back to work.....sucks.

Continually banging it off metal pipe at work....sucks.

Saying "Screw this, I'm going home" an hour early......RULES!!

(not having any aspirin so I can tape an aspirin to it...sucks)
