Let's see someone hijack this bad boy.

So, it's my birthday this weekend and I can't open my HD DVD drive until then. Sucks.

And I'm killing abomb and friends in a Madden suicide league. Murdering these fools. Took down the Cowboys last night with the Niners, 27-7. Adam has 4 teams left, one guy has 3 the other 2. I have 7. 187 on a muffing abomb.

The sky is a nice shade of blue today. I hate my job.

Oh man. I remember watching HDDVD for the first time, and my first movie was Batman Begins. What an awesome movie. The blacks were as black as I have ever seen, the sound was amazing, and it was the first time I had seen the movie. I was in heaven. I can't wait for you to experience the same thing.

Sucks you got to a place where you hate your job. Too bad I like my job, there isn't much of a pay increase where I am at.

I realized that my TV doesn't take 1080p over components. Bitch!

So that means I have to get a new xbox because my launch unit doesn't have an HDMI connection on the back.

How much do you think I could Craigs List my old one for (the 20G HD one)?

I think I will acquire an HD DVD or Blu ray player within the next two months. I've thought about getting an Xbox 360 and then the add on player that was on sale, but I don't think I would use the 360 enough to justify the expense (I have never owned a video game system but I probably would like playing Madden).

I can afford to buy everything right now, but I am thrifty so I will wait at least until the Black Friday/Christmas sales.

Best buy has sick deals right now. If you are a fan of heroes at all, I'd go get all that stuff, stat. Including the x36.

$200 easily. The earlier you do it, the better.

The 360HDDVD player doesn't upconvert via component either. There isn't a TV out there that accepts 1080p via component anymore.

Cosign w/ Donald. I dont think that you will get a better HDDVD deal, even on Black Friday. The retail on what you get with the BB deal, is worth more than the player itself. If you plan on getting an HDDVD player, you should go that route.
