With that place in our Rear View Mirror....and nothing to talk about until early August...............I figured why not take a trip down memory lane.

Up first....Goat Boy.

Does anyone remember this guy?? I don't know if he went everywhere, but from like 98-00 he was in the NEZ running up and down selling beer.

First we called him Tom Petty....but one day I just decided to shout....he Goat Boy, gimme a beer. It stuck, and by mid season he was saying, "bbbeeeeeerrrrrr."

Long live Goat Boy.

And there was the really old lemonade guy and the "lemonade, lemonade, just like grandma made" lemonade guy.

In the SEZ, we had two very unique characters; Cow Bell Lady and The Braveheart Guys.

Cow Bell Lady is this 70ish Hispanic woman with her Cards visor and a cow bell that she would clank throughout the game. Truly a treasure.

The Braveheart Guys are these two chaps who wear costumes and facepaint like the movies and throw Rootbeer Barrel candy to the SEZers.

I'm glad you started this thread NEZ. I will have to dig up some funny pics from our times in the SEZ and post them tonight.

Big $ was my favorite. Before all big downs he used to bust out his wallet and have us "rub the virgin." Cody was cool too. Remember the dude that sat across the aisle from you?? Big guy that always wore sleeves cut off. His name was "likes to fight and is good at it" guy.

That guy had a little girl and a woman that he started bringing with him towards the end, but before that..........damn, if you cheered for the other team, he'd run right up in your face, and if you didn't sit down........
