Question

Table and chair rentals

I need 60 (nice) white chairs, 5 big round tables, and a few long rectangle tables for my wedding in May. Today's homework is to get quotes on this while the Lady is at work.
Just found out delivery/pickup will probably cost $150 bucks alone.

If anyone knows someone or is in that racket hit me up, please and thank you.

The only guy who has called me back so far is in the door with a quote of $473.23. (for everything)

With delivery and set up? That sounds damn reasonable to me.

I had penciled in about twice that in our "budget". Just a nice surprise, we might just splurge and go for an uber nice set up now that I gotta ballpark.

Early May, early day wedding (around 9:45 AM), I hope we will be ok. There is a huge "main house" and a nice back house for everybody to chill in if it's crazy hot. Big gazeebo, shaded porch, and a sweet pool.
Quick and easy, I want to be on a plane by sundown.

Early May, that is kinda short notice. How do you expect Shane and me to get there?

Have you tried these guys yet?

http://www.a-zequipment.com/eventparty.html

I put in 60 white paded chairs, 5 of the larger circular tables and 3 of the larger rectangle banquet tables and came to $240 ..... adding linens is a little over $100 more

Not sure what delivery/setup options/charges are........

The more important question should be;
When and where is the bachelor party?

Sweet, $459 total delivered/picked up. And that is with their top of the line chairs and linens. Thank s man, they are definitely on the list now.

O: I'll let you know my man, we are planning on something nice when we get back. Free bar!
