Extremely tiring and boring.. Of all the non drinking Ive been doing over the course of a year now Ive come to find that sobriety is tiring.. And the boredom is almost unbearable..
That is all.. Those were the findings of my research..

It sounds like you're saying that without alcohol your life is boring.
Maybe your life is just boring. Maybe you relied on alcohol to make your life exciting instead of doing things that are truly exciting.
I think most people that quit drinking fail and go back on the sauce because they continue to lead alcoholic lives WHICH ARE VERY BORING WITHOUT THE ALCOHOL!!!
I haven't had a drink in 17 years. I never joined a program or anything like that. I just quit living my life like a drinker.

Gee!
Read the writings of Dr. Timothy Leary. His "Turn on, tune in, and drop out!" philosophy still holds some meaning, in my opinion. You've been able to "turn on" and "drop out", but you have yet to "tune in".
You need to focus on your own sober sense of reality Gee.

Depression often is symptom of withdrawal from various drugs.
Good nutrition, hydration and exercize can help up endorphine levels, lead to restful sleep and improvement in mood.
From experience...
