As many on here know, I love my dogs and yesterday my Rot/lab mix Indie died from internal bleeding that we were unaware of. He seems to have gotten into the trash(first time he ever did that) and got a pork chop bone. The bone splintered and caused bleeding in his throat. We only signs anything was wrong was a how sluggish he was yesterday morning, but he sometimes he was like that. He will truley be missed and no dog will ever replace him.

I.D. badges are long overdue. Security in this office park is a joke. Last year, I came to work with my spud gun in a duffel bag. I sat at my desk all day, with a rifle that shoots potatoes at 60 pounds per square inch. Can you imagine if I was deranged? - Dwight K. Schrute
MAy his days consist now of running forever chasing cats without tiring, chewing on a thigh bone of a cow, and getting his back scratched whenever he wants it.
Sorry to hear about that Banky. It can really be traumatic. I've often pondered that if anyone deserved to have a soul, it should be man's best friend.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Would you mind telling me when your dog got into the trash in relation to when he died? Our puppy (6 months--gonna be a big dog) just got into our trash on Labor Day and ate ALL of the pork rib bones in it. My husband was just laid off and we can't afford the vet--we're watching her closely, but would like to know about how long we should be on the lookout. Again, I'm really sorry to hear about your dog. I hope you & your family are doing okay.
