I had Qwest, switched over when I got HD. Qwest's HD sucked, and Cox has a great deal with the DVR, HD and all.
Qwest is a bit cheaper, but I hated their service...Cox has been very helpful to me anytime I needed it.
I have Cox digital TV and telephone, and Internet. I haven't had any problems with Cox.
IF I got the quality I get from Cox from Qwest at Qwest's prices, I'd switch...but I haven't seen anything they can sway me with yet.

Oh wait...ONE thing Qwest has that Cox doesn't that I really, really miss is Caller ID on your TV. That was very convienient (though when DVRing shows now, I wouldn't want it to record that).

With qwest when someone calls your house, a little line pops up on the TV showing you the caller ID details...you see who is calling and whether its worth getting up or not. Cox doesn't have that. (but I also DVR stuff and burn it on DVD now, so I wouldn't want caller ID stuff on DVDs).
Better?

I agree with DDogg...Qwest's customer service is horrible. I left them & swore I'd never, ever, ever, ever, ever go back. Too many problems too many times (problems that were NOT because of me--I don't mind if customer service is bad if I've earned it)

Jon, just use the force and answer this question:
Which sounds like more fun, a Qwest or some Cox?

I'm sure a Qwest for some Cox would be a popular choice.
