So I was checking my account and realized that my check for my car insurance was never deducted from my account. I realized that I used checks from an old account i had to close because someone stole starter checks out of my car when it was broken into to pay the balance on accident. I know that writing bad checks is illegal, but if its an honest mistake are they going to do anything about it? I plan on paying both months tomorrow with the correct account.

So should I have anything to worry about?

I wouldn't worry. It happens. Just go in and explain the situation tomorrow and get your account up to date. Just be prepared to pay a fee or something.
