OT: Whats your ASFN Screen Name Mean?
With the lockout slowing things down here to a crawl, heres a thread that has NOTHING to do with the QB situation.
I have always wondered why some ASFN'ers have the screen names they do. Some are obvious - some I have no clue what they mean. Some may have a number that means something special, and some maybe completely out of left field and just sounded cool. Also there are some people who had former names (like why Gaddabout Matt Self?) or multiple first names (so is his first name Mitch or Walter?) and I find myself wondering from time to time.
Whats your story?

For 12 years my nickname while playing rugby, both college and men's club, was Muffin.
It came from playing rugby, so Rugby+Muffin.

Is that a good or bad thing to be called in rugby?

Mine is for a place I was stationed in the military.
It was a kind of unique place and we don't have soldiers stationed there anymore and when we did there weren't a lot of guys there anyway.
So I use it in the vain hope some one who was stationed there will see it but I have never had someone recognize it so it remains an obscure personal thing.

Loyaltyisacurse describes the historical feelings I have felt as a Cardinals and Warriors fan because no matter how bad the teams were for me and no matter how many excuses they give/gave me to quit them I am doomed to suffer because of my loyalty.
I guess it applies to life as well because loyalty often gets in the way of the best decisions...

When I play rock, paper, scissors, I keep a glass of water in my hand and when my opponent throws down I throw the water in his face and say "Water". Beats all three, scissors can't cut-it, paper dissolves and the rock sinks. Plus it usually surprises the hell out of them.

In the immortal words of Anthony Redmon "DUCK JAKE".
Thought about changing it to match the current QB but then I'd have a different screen name every 4 weeks and after 10 years of tailgates so many people know me by that moniker it has to stay.

I got a puppy while I was takig a philosophy class in college, named him Zeno after one of the philosophers we were studying. It was my first screen name on AOL way back when and what I use when I got to know some of the people on the old Cards Corner, I just kept it since I came here.
