New Job

Well, I finally did it. I made my move. I am going from being a SR developer with the state and moving up to a Project Manager/Lead Developer with a major health company in Pennsylvania.

35% increase in salary and my family members can go to any state school (Penn St!) 75% off of tuition. Not too bad for my first ever salary negotiation.

Im very excited and nervous!!!
