OK...straight up. How do I tell a female her breath stinks??

I mean this is nasty and she won't quit close talking me.

Sue for harassment, hostile workplace environment.

Honestly when our HR department last gave us a "training" on that stuff they used a very similar example, if you have an employee who doesn't shower, can other employees file a complaint and is the company required to take some action. THe answer to both questions is yes.

now if this is some chick in a bar, I don't think the law applies there!

OK, I'm know my image is of a drunk.....but you honestly think I've been on my laptop in a bar all day??
