Moving to Seattle soon, should I change my handle?
I just got back from visiting some friends in Seattle a few days ago and I absolutley loved it there. I'm planning on moving there in the next few months. I guess Floridacard isn't such a great handle when I no longer live in Florida. I'm almost at 1000 posts too...
Seattle is so great, it totally kicks Orlando's ass. I'll be moving in with my ex-roomates that I lived with on the beach here. Within a few blocks of their (soon to be our) house there's an erotic bakery, a tattoo shop and a comic store, so I'll have plenty of fun. It's going to be a hella long drive to get there though, I'm glad I don't have much furinture and can fit all my belongings in a 4x8 trailer and not have to rent a big truck. Another positive, I get to go to at least 1 Cards game every year.

Get used to the rain, Buddy. If you can. I lived there for two years when I was in the Army and in the Winter it rains like a cow pissing on a flat rock all day long! Being from California/Arizona it got pretty old not seeing the sun for months at a time. That is why the suicide rate is so high there.

I'm down with letting you weirdos pick my name for me. After all, a rose by any other name still has al those $#@%*&%$ thorns and cost way too much since they're just going to wilt a few days after you give them to someone. Not quite Shakespear but close enough.
The only down side to this is I'm going to be way more than a 20 hour drive from Jersey.
