Just bought my first house!!!!

Yessir gang! It finally happened. My wife and I go to closing tomorrow morning. I am so damn excited. I just couldn't do the apartment thing any longer, and our place now was serving as just a roof over our heads. WE haven't decorated or bought anything new in over a a year and a half. Not to mention we are all on top of each other with my sons crap, and lack of space. I'm just really happy that we have our own now. Who would have thought! From damn near being homeless a few years ago to now having a place I can call the "Adger" residence. It may not be a mansion, but it's mine. I can't believe it man. And I owe my ASFN family a debt of gratitude for helping me to see the big picture when I was down in the dumps. Thanks for the 100th time everyone. Oh, and if anyone has any Cardinals stuff they want to sell or stuff you can no longer use, or don't need, send it to your boy in Philly. I have a finished basement that I hope one day rivals some of you guys places I've seen on the boards. (Bucky!!) Holla!!!

Oh and what this means more than anything else.....

NO MORE CARDINALS GAMES AT THE SPORTS BAR!!!! Direct TV and Sunday Ticket are on the way!

Yeah I heard closings a chore NEZ. We go tomorrow. Thanks everyone for the well wishes. When we play the bums, (08 I think) if any of you guys want to swing by, it's on. My house is less than 10 minutes from Stinkin Lincoln Financial Field!

It is very draining...the first time I(we at the time) did that we had our daughter with us....miserable.

That sucks. You got a lawyer?? The lawyer I use has a tremendous record of preserving men's rights. Did you file or are you the respondant??

Can't afford a lawyer at the moment AND I'm the respondant. I'm not worried about the house, I'll get back on my feet soon enough and don't want to drag this out which wouldn't be good for the kids.
