Ive Decided Today...

Would be my last day smoking. Only 6 hours in and im already dying here. I just got a whole boatload of bad news dropped into my lap at once and Im fighting every urge in my body to just hop on my beach cruiser and buy a carton. Im not even drinking either. If you are wondering where is my car, that was part of the bad news.

Ummm...sorry about your car, whatever happened to it, as well as the rest of your bad news...but I really, really hope you manage to quit smoking. It's so bad for you, and you will never regret quitting. Good luck. I hope you do it!

Impressions of Qwest Field:
1. Great facility.
2. Seems to have a problem with all the riff raf hanging about (Seahags fans).
3. Loud.
4. No more Tuba Man
5. If the Seahags D were as dedicated as the yellow shirt smoking nazi brigade on the ramps - the rest of the NFC West would be in real trouble.
6. Great location - other than being located in the People's Democratic Republic of Seattle.

Yeah smoking sucks, but then again so does not smoking....

I quit cold turkey almost 2 years ago. It can be done. Mind over matter. Find a reason in life to not smoke, and focus on that. Mine is my daughter.
