Its Snowing!!
... like crazy here in Medford, Oregon. Unbelievable, it looks like about 3 inches deep so far. We don't get a lot of snow here, and I'm still an Arizona boy at heart, so this is pretty wild!

I have about 7 inches of snow at my house in Portland. Everything is closed and I am loving this snow day stuff!

7 inches in Portland, that is scary! Hopefully, everyone is driving safe. I just talked to a guy here in Medford who slid across a parking lot, hit a pole and put a hole in his radiator.
This is pretty wild. Its hard to work. I'm just sitting here in my office looking out the window.

Yeah, my wife and I are working from home tomorrow as well. The town was pretty much shut down, yet people who had the day off due to their work or school judging the conditions too dangerous to drive, felt it necessary to drive other places.
People are just stupid.

A lot of my family lives up in Portland. Hopefully none of them were any of the dumbasses trying to drive in those conditions.

From Chicago:
On Monday I dug my car out for the second time in my life (grew up in Phoenix). I hated it. Then I drove two blocks and noticed on the the doors was open. Each one was covered in ice so I couldn't see which one was open. Ugh.

Driving today wasn't all that bad. All the bad drivers must have seriously F'ed up yesterday and either they are staying off the roads today due to fear or processing an insurance claim.

Good deal. We had 40+ traffic accidents down here yesterday. Today is much better. But I had to drive in to work this morning on ice with some fool tailgating me. Unbelievable. I guess he knew that if I slammed on the breaks I wouldn't be able to stop.
