I'm on a manhunt..

This popped into my head and it's driving me crazy. A few years back, there was an Arizona based chef on local TV who was being financed by AJ's Fine Foods. Was a big guy with a pony-tail who did grilling in his backyard. I don't think the show is on anymore, but he did some awesome stuff and was fairly entertaining. Does anyone remember his name or does anyone know if this guy is still around?

Never mind...finally found it...Mad Coyote Joe...sad to hear he has some health problems due to a bad gastric bypass surgery.
