I hate them as well, I ordered something on monday for a 2 to 3 day express and now because they had a mix up will not arrive until this monday, sevens day later. I called and they said, it is out of thier control and I can call the shipper for a refund. What a load of crap. THis happens everytime.

Last month the driver left our package on our neighbor's doorstep. The packages contained flowers for my wife

I ordered something from newegg.com and specifically said that it should be sent FedEx, but it came via UPS, 2 weeks later. I just never can get anything from them. I perfer the USPS or FedEx all the way. I won't even get into the issues I've had at work........
