So I go back to work from missing 2 months from surgery and recovery and there is this new girl sitting by me. Well she asks me a bunch of quesitons about myself and work and we talked for like the first 15 minutes. So when lunch time came for her she asked me if I was hungry which I told her no, but thank you. So she pulls out this blueberry muffin and asks me again. I told her no thanks. Then she says "Hey look" as I turn to her she has the muffin sitting on her vagina and says "Are you sure you dont want to taste my muffin?" I almost fell out of my chair in shock. I am a lead at my job and have been there a while and it was her 3rd day on the floor. I told her "Are you crazy?" and turned around. Well I told my buddy (who I carpool with, drink with, etc) who is a close friend and a supervisor there. Well he goes and tells some other people and next thing I know the person he told reported it to HR. Now HR wants a statement from me cause they are going to fire her. I dont want her fired and would never have reported her. I would tell her if she did it again that its not approriate but I dont want her canned. So HR wants a report from me which I dont want to give. Im up for a Supervisor position and Im afraid if I tell HR that I'm not saying anything that it will effect my chances for this new positon cause it shows that I dont follow "proper procedure". My friend is really sorry and feels horible but now everyone is going to think that I reported her. I don't know what Im going to do 2moro.

I joke like this all the time with some people at work, but then again I dont even know this girl. If the shoe was on the other foot and I came back from the break room and took one of those salami things from the vending machine and put it on my mangina and said "U want to taste my salami" I would be on careerbuilder as we speak.
