Question

Hyundai Sante Fe?

Okay, so my sporty little red car is 10 years old and at 162K miles. It is time for a new ride.

I've been checking out the Santa Fe since I am looking for something more practical now that I am a little older and make frequent trips to the Home Depot. (It is very difficult to fit all that crap in a sports car!)

Anyone have any experiences with the Santa Fe? Anyone know anyone who has had experiences with it? I need details. Thanks a mil!

One of my buddies has one. He loves it. He bought it about a year and a half ago. He has 2 kids and they drive it quite a bit.

I've ridden it it quite a few times. It has ample room (I'm a pretty big guy - 6'-0" 240#) and I found it quite comfortable.

It's not great on gas, but it is better than most SUVs. It's pretty sharp looking too. I don't think he has had any problems with it either.

He likes the cargo room in it. he used to have a Taurus and this he said seems roomier.

FWIW I think it is a great vehicle.

I have heard that the Saturn Vue's are excellent, even thinking about getting myself.

I've had a Hyundai Elantra for over 2 years without a problem, so if your concern is over the maker of the car, relax. Get the Hyundai and get Sirius Satallite radio too
