How much time do you spend on the internet at work?

On a typical workday, how much time do you spend on the internet that is not work related?

I refuse to answer on the grounds that my answer may incriminate me.

I'm a fairly productive guy at work. I marvel at what I might accomplish if not for the GD internet.

Also, what precautions do you take at work so no one finds out you have been surfing the internet? A guy at work clicks on his history every day and deletes it.

I'm in the WAY too much category. Since I work from home I take no precautions.

I spend my 15 minute breaks at work in the medical library where I can check the boards and I come home for lunch and get another 15. So that adds up to about 45 minutes.

But I suppose the question is really "How much time are you on the internet when you should be working?"

If that is the question than zero.

I work at my computer all day, and I am pretty much required to be on the internet in some fashion.

If you are behind a proxy server... you can forget about it. Even if you delete from your computer there is a record of everything you have accessed, how long, the frequency, etc.....
